Organisation aims:
RSPCA Southport, Ormskirk & District Branch operates within the framework of the RSPCA nationally. We are a separately registered, local and mainly self funded charity that cares for, rehabilitates and rehomes animals that have come from cases of cruelty and neglect. We find forever homes for Cats, Dogs, Rabbits and a few small mammals; many are in need of veterinary care, recovery and rehabilitation before they can be rehomed. Generally, we do not deal with animals that need to be rehomed for a variety of other social, domestic or financial reasons unless there is a genuine animal welfare concern.
